Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed.

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online. We aim to fulfil delivery within 2 to 4 business days after you receive tracking information. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing: All orders are processed from the United Kingdom. during normal business hours. Home of 786 is not open on weekends and Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for additional delivery time. Please ensure your full name, address, telephone number and email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays. Couriers will not accept initials.

Modifying Orders: If you need to cancel or modify your order please email us within 1 hour of completing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed at our warehouse. Please note our headquarters are based in the United Kingdom and operate 9am-5pm GMT time


What is your Return Policy?

All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in a Home of 786 credit. Any return requests made after 30 business days from delivery date will not be refunded. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 business days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused, and in a sell-able condition with all parts of the product and its packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift etc, must be returned in order for a refund to be issued.

Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable.

We will not accept returns or replacements for products whose boxes/packaging are ripped, creased, crushed, or missing; or if any the product has been used.

Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.

If you have purchased your items from another website or store please refer back to their return/refund policy and contact them directly.

How do I return my items?

If your return meets the requirements as outlined in the above-mentioned Return Policy, you may return your items for a refund.

To arrange your return, please email stating your order number, the items you are returning, and the reason why.

*Note all items received as a gift with purchase must be returned alongside the returned product, these gifts have an RRP value and if not returned the cost shall be deducted from the return.

Can I return everything that I've ordered?

 All other returns must meet the above-mentioned Return requirements as outlined in our Return Policy.

How long do I have to make a return?

14 business days from the delivery date. Any return requests made after 14 business days from delivery date will not be refunded. 

How will I receive my refund?

Once received, the item shall be checked and the refund shall be processed and refunded to the original method of payment.

My product arrived damaged.

Our apologies. We do our best to ensure that our products are of the finest quality and that they are shipped to you in a safe manner. If there is a fault with your product, please promptly email us at stating your order number and include images of the product, outer packaging, and a brief description of the issue.


How do I know my product is authentic?

If your product has been purchased from our website, or one of our accredited stockists, then your fragrance will be authentic. If you buy our fragrances from an unauthorised or second-hand source – we will not be able to authenticate, nor will we be able to assist. To benefit from our level of quality and customer service - and for your peace of mind -  we do not encourage buying our fragrances from unauthorised and second-hand sources. My fragrance isn’t clear.

Due to our high volume of natural ingredients and high concentrations, you may find a small amount of sediment in our fragrances. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs in compositions that rely heavily on natural materials.
